Farmer Training and Technical Support
Build your farm's capacity through our structured training programs. We combine classroom instruction with hands-on field demonstrations to transfer practical knowledge that improves productivity and safety.
Training modules include:
- Seedling production and transplanting techniques
- Fertilizer calculation, mixing, and application methods
- Pesticide safety: handling, storage, first aid, and environmental protection
- Integrated Pest Management (IPM) scouting and decision-making
- Post-harvest handling for quality preservation
- Record-keeping for farm management and certification compliance
Programs are offered at our demonstration plots or on-farm for grower groups. Customized training available for cooperative associations, women's farming groups, and export-oriented producers. All participants receive illustrated reference materials and certification of completion.
Technical support extends beyond training: our agronomists are available by phone, WhatsApp, or field visit to troubleshoot problems and guide critical management decisions throughout your growing season.
